I have had so much fun creating this book. It took me most of the summer.  Many late nights and sore fingers, but so worth it! I am already working on book 2, which will be available by the end of 2019/beginning 2020.  Adult coloring books have been the rage for the last few years!! It doesn't matter your age coloring has therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety, create focus or bring about more mindfulness. Similar to meditation, coloring also allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus only on the moment. I have struggled with anxiety and depression and coloring, drawing, doing art has be a very helpful tool, a release for me.  I absolutely love to draw and create art. It is my passion and I want to share it with everyone!  I hope that you all will love it as much as I do. Here is a peek at the book!! This is my baby girl!! 

Emma is alway fun to shoot. She is a beautiful, strong, intelligent human-being! She has been in love with this old blue truck that our friends own and they were nice enough to let her borrow it for some bad ass shots!  Emma is a natural in front of the camera and has been since she was a toddler.
